Edwin Merino was arrested and charged with stalking Jamie Lynn Spears and her baby-daddy in Mississippi. He is dening the charges saying he was singled out because of the small town.

“I’ve seen the young man Casey in pictures. I haven’t worked on them myself. The first time I got a good look at him was in court,” said Merino.

He is admitting to following the couple but is stating that he kept his distance and used a long lens camera. “The one picture I got was kind of by luck. I got lucky when I saw them at Wal-Mart when I was buying deodorant.”

Who cares. Seriously. She's famous, she's 16 and she's pregnant. Does she really think she is going to be left alone?
