There is very little in my life that keeps me smiling. More often than not alcohol and music top my list daily and some how I end up at a bar at 5:31. Pandora has been failing me lately (something about Patsy Cline showing up on my Panic station is not kosher). My new fav thing is Katy Perry. I know I've posted about her in the past and I am going to keep posting because I am a girl in love with a girl. She is amazing and today her CD is available. So go forth and purchase.

I love the song...but at one point, Nicole Scherzinger rips off her shoulder pads. I don't get it. All the strobe lights are bound to give some little kid a seizure. Kimberly's leg is a little extreme but I'll admit that I'm jealous I can't do that, it would be an awesome bar trick.

I absolutely love her music. She kinda sounds a little like Ashlee Simpson, but she actually sings her music. She had an awesome sense of humor and it shows in her lyrics. Hell, her first single is called, "I Kissed A Girl". If you really don't believe me, check out her blog here.

Umm...I'm confused. The song's title, "Beliy Plaschik" apparently means, "White Robe" which, from what I can tell, has nothing to do with the song. Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina’s video features dirty jail nudity and for some reason one of them strips down and lies on a bed only to get redressed and the other is pregnant and stripped down and put in front of a firing squad.

I guess the whole language barier is a reason for me not to understand the song or the video...but I do get the nudity and controversy - I doubt this stuff would sell otherwise.

Timbaland and Pharell Produce Tracks:

Fox News reports that Lindz has in fact dropped a song for the new disc with his Snoopness, and "insiders" say it sounds "amazing." Timbaland and Pharrell are also helping to produce tracks for the album, which is apparently going to be released on Motown Records, because Lohan definitely fits the race bill there.

Bomb Threat During Concert in South Florida:

Last night's Bon Jovi concert at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise, FL was evacuated due to a bomb threat.

Several bomb-sniffing dogs were sent in after police received a phone call threatening to blow up the arena with two bombs. After determining the threat was a hoax, fans were let back in at 9:30 for the show.
