A couple has been charged with conspiracy to supply drugs to Amy Winehouse following a sensational video obtained by The Sun.

The Back to Black star, 24, is seen smoking crack on the film, but escaped charges as there was no proof of what types of substance were abused.

John Blagrove, 34, and Cara Burton, 22, both of Queensbridge Road, Dalston, east London, have been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, namely cocaine and MDMA, Scotland Yard said.
