Someone told the Bunny that while LiLo was having lunch in LA yesterday, some fan ran up to her screaming, "Courtney, Courtney!" According to the source, the whacko fan thought Lindsay was crazy rocker chick, Courtney Love. Not cool when you start getting mistaken for her.
